Step 1.  Get the Paylocity App or Navigate to the Website (desktop computer)

Step 2.  Register as a Paylocity User

To Register as a Paylocity user:

  1. Launch your new Paylocity App or navigate to the Paylocity login screen from Step 1.
  2. Select “Register” to set up your username and password.
  3. Enter your Company Code
    1. Maryland Personal Care – 56260
    2. Maryland Office – N7561
    3. Virginia – 142131
    4. Philadelphia – 137591
    5. Central Pennsylvania – 137593
  4. Follow the remaining questions and set up your challenge questions.
  5. That’s it!  You are in.  You will be prompted to “Go Paperless.”  Follow those instructions and skip Step 3 below.

Step 3.  Opt Out of Paper forms by Selecting “Go Paperless”

If you are already a Paylocity User and have decided to Go Paperless, follow the instructions below.

  1. Login with your existing credentials.
  2. Navigate to your User Profile and scroll down to “Paperless.”
  3. Toggle W-2/1099 “On” to stop receiving a paper W-2/1099 form.
    1. Users still have the option of viewing or printing these documents online.
  4. Toggle 1095-C1095-C to “On” to not receive a paper 1095-C form.
    1. Users still have the option of viewing or printing the 1095-C on a desktop browser, mobile does not support viewing of the 1095-C.
  5. Enable the Enable the “Yes, I consent to receiving documents electronically box.”
  6. Enable the “I understand that clicking this box constitutes my digital signature” box.
  7. Select “Confirm.”
