The RN utilizes a general understanding of the principles of nursing and basic physical assessment skills to plan, coordinate, provide and document care for an assigned caseload of patients from day of admission through day of discharge. Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the RN participates in development and implements a home health plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines as well as agency policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of home care experience.
- Valid RN License.
- One year of HomeCare experience.
- No OASIS documentation required.
